Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Artwork

  Carefully place the art in its original protective packaging and reinforced shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
